Our shipping typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, but delivery times may vary based on your location and our suppliers' locations. We provide tracking numbers for all orders to keep you informed about the delivery progress.


Please note that orders require 1 to 5 business days for processing, and shipping estimates vary depending on your location. While orders to regions like Asia, Australia, and the US may arrive sooner, those to areas such as Mexico and Canada may take longer. Courier services will also vary depending on your shipping address. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact arrival time of your order.

At Peaus, we understand the importance of flexibility and peace of mind when shopping. That's why our 30-day return policy allows you to receive a full refund if the product doesn't meet your expectations and needs.


Before initiating a return, please make sure the product is unused and in its original condition, including any tags or packaging, to be eligible for a refund. It's also mandatory to provide proof of purchase or receipt.


We highly discourage you from sending your item directly to the manufacturer, as you will have to bear all costs of returns to our merchants with a proper tracking number for the parcel. Our company will not be held responsible for any parcel missing en route to us if no tracking number is available.


Products not eligible for returns are the following:

  • Incorrect items purchased
  • Items delivered incorrectly
  • Items damaged through customer mishandling

Important Note: Products purchased from retailers and second-hand websites may not be eligible for a refund.

OTHER RETURNS

You are also eligible for a refund if your product was damaged during transit, provided that the report is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
